Les e\u0301goutter et les tremper dans de l\u2019eau froide pour e\u0301viter qu\u2019ils ne collent en refroidissant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Placer le poulet dans un saladier.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mixer la carotte, les e\u0301chalotes et le gingembre. Les ajouter au poulet avec la sauce soja et me\u0301langer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">De\u0301couper 4 grands carre\u0301s de papier sulfurise\u0301. Re\u0301partir les vermicelles e\u0301goutte\u0301s, les tomates cerises et les pois gourmands dessus, ainsi que le me\u0301lange au poulet.
