Aussit\u00f4t conquise, j\u2019ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de yoga qui ne m\u2019a plus l\u00e2ch\u00e9e. En 2010, j\u2019ai eu envie d\u2019approfondir davantage cette discipline et d\u2019en transmettre \u00e0 mon tour les bienfaits. J\u2019ai fait la formation de professeur \u00e0 Marseille avec St\u00e9phane Lalo et obtenu le dipl\u00f4me de Base II en 2014.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, alors que j\u2019attendais mon 3e enfant, j\u2019ai compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ma formation avec Alia M\u2019Hamdi \u00e0 Annemasse en yoga pr\u00e9natal, postnatal et enfants (karma chocolat). En 2017, j\u2019ai initi\u00e9 la formation en junior I (niveau suivant en yoga Iyengar) et compl\u00e9t\u00e9 mon bagage avec un dipl\u00f4me en woga (pratique du yoga en eau chaude: water yoga).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Entre 2016 et 2019, j\u2019ai approfondi mes connaissances du yoga Iyengar lors d\u2019ateliers de Catrina Ganzoni et Francesca Aebi (connaissance des postures, de la th\u00e9rapie et du yoga pour les femmes enceintes) et acquis en septembre, le dipl\u00f4me suivant: \u00abJunior 1\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Et comme pour la pratique, une fois que l\u2019on go\u00fbte \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement, le mouvement est lanc\u00e9: c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable plaisir partag\u00e9 et \u00e0 chaque fois renouvel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Le saviez-vous? On arrive d\u2019ailleurs au monde la t\u00eate en bas ! En yoga Iyengar, sirsasana, la posture sur la t\u00eate est dite \u00ab le roi \u00bb, suivie de sarvangasana, la chandelle, dite \u00ab la reine \u00bb car ces deux asanas comportent de nombreux bienfaits qui se compl\u00e8tent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Les postures invers\u00e9es stimulent les syst\u00e8mes cardio-vasculaire et lymphatique. Aid\u00e9e par la gravit\u00e9, la circulation sanguine est largement facilit\u00e9e, les jambes sont all\u00e9g\u00e9es et la lymphe est stimul\u00e9e. Cela \u00e9limine les d\u00e9chets et am\u00e8ne un apport d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne accru dans le cerveau, stimulant ainsi les fonctions vitales de l\u2019ensemble du corps. Tout l\u2019organisme se nettoie, pendant que le c\u0153ur bat calmement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">La posture de la chandelle, provoque un massage naturel de la glande thyro\u00efde et la maintient ainsi en bonne sant\u00e9. Celle-ci stimule des hormones indispensables au bon fonctionnement de notre corps. En plus d\u2019avoir un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur la peau, les cheveux et les ongles, les hormones s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9es par la glande thyro\u00efde r\u00e9gulent la temp\u00e9rature du corps, du syst\u00e8me digestif, cardiaque ou nerveux. Les inversions renforcent tr\u00e8s profond\u00e9ment toute la ceinture abdominale, qui soutient la colonne vert\u00e9brale. Dans notre vie de s\u00e9dentaire, notre posture &#8211; bien souvent riv\u00e9e sur les \u00e9crans &#8211; se retrouve courb\u00e9e vers l\u2019avant, alors que nous devrions plut\u00f4t favoriser l\u2019alignement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em; text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Pratiquer les inversions permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer grandement notre aplomb et pr\u00e9vient ainsi de nombreux maux de dos. Rentrer dans une posture la t\u00eate en bas chamboule nos rep\u00e8res.
