Mettez une couche de chocolat au lait dans la base du moule. Utilisez un moule comme ceux utilis\u00e9s pour les financiers ou en forme de barre.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les biscuits en trois parties et placez-les sur le chocolat. Mettez la cr\u00e8me dans une poche \u00e0 douille et ajoutez-la sur les biscuits.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez \u00e0 nouveau 3 morceaux de gaufrette et ajoutez-les sur le dessus de la cr\u00e8me, en imitant la forme d\u2019une bonne barre au chocolat.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrez de chocolat fondu et r\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur durant 1 heure. Au bout d\u2019une heure, d\u00e9moulez vos barres, placez-les sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur une plaque de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Faites fondre le chocolat noir au bain marie et tracez de fines lignes sur le dessus de la barre.
